How Credits Work

Credits are the currency used to issue certificates on Sealbound. Each certificate issuance costs a certain number of credits.

Credit Basics

• Every certificate you issue costs credits
• Credits are purchased in advance
• Your credit balance is visible in the sidebar
• Credits are tied to your company account and shared across all team members

Checking Your Balance

Your current credit balance is displayed at the bottom of the sidebar. Click on it to view details or top up.

Credit Usage

Credits are deducted when an order is processed:

1. You create and submit an order
2. The required credits are reserved from your balance
3. As certificates are issued, credits are consumed
4. If an order is cancelled before completion, unused credits are refunded

Running Low?

If your balance is insufficient to cover an order, you will be prompted to purchase more credits before the order can proceed.
