Issuing Certificates

Once your order is set up with groups, recipients, and templates, you can issue certificates.

The Issuance Process

  1. Submit your order — confirm all details are correct
  2. Credits are reserved — the required amount is deducted from your balance
  3. Certificates are generated — the system creates individual certificates for each recipient using the group's template
  4. Recipients are notified — each recipient receives an email with a link to claim their certificate

Tracking Progress

After submitting an order, you can monitor the issuance progress:

  • View which certificates have been generated
  • See which recipients have been notified
  • Check which recipients have claimed their certificates

After Issuance

Once certificates are issued:

  • Recipients can claim their certificates via the email link
  • Blockchain encoding begins (if enabled for the order)
  • You can view all issued certificates in your order details

Important Notes

  • Certificates cannot be modified after issuance
  • Make sure all recipient data is correct before submitting
  • Ensure your credit balance is sufficient to cover the entire order
