Purchasing Credits

Top up your credit balance to continue issuing certificates.

How to Purchase

  1. Click on your credit balance in the sidebar, or navigate to the credits section
  2. Choose the amount of credits you want to purchase
  3. Complete the payment process
  4. Credits are added to your balance immediately

Credit Plans

Credits are available in various quantities. Larger purchases offer better value per credit.

Transaction History

You can view your complete credit transaction history, including:

  • Top-ups — credits purchased
  • Reservations — credits reserved for pending orders
  • Deductions — credits consumed when certificates are issued
  • Refunds — credits returned from cancelled orders

Managing Credits

Credits are shared across your company account. All team members with the appropriate role can use credits to issue certificates. Administrators can view the full transaction history and manage credit purchases.
